Note that precious metals (gold and silver act almost exactly the same in the market) are always worth the same, no matter what the year in human history. It is only the MONEY that changes in value. Although silver is a good investment it isn’t truly scarce like gold is. Most of the gold in the world has already been mined.

Probably the best way to save on your phone bill is to switch over to VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). VOIP services tend to include extras such as caller ID and answering services for no extra charge. On top of that long distance is much cheaper since it uses your internet connection instead of traditional phone lines.

Before you consider switching be sure you are comfortable with connecting your phone to a router. Many VOIP services include these for free or at a reduced rate when you sign up with them. If you hate technology you are probably best staying with a traditional land line.

Social Code is a Canadian alternative/punk rock group from St. Albert, Alberta. The band, formerly known as Fifth Season, met in high school and formed in the late 1990’s.
